Discharge
Discharge is the process of chemically removing the pigment in the T-shirt and then printing on the raw material that is left with regular screen printing ink. It basically removes the need for an under print.
Flocking
Flocking is the process of applying different types of fibers or materials that contain adhesive to other materials. Flocking may be used in a wide range of applications.
Burn Out
A "Burnout shirt" is a poly/cotton blend shirt that has had the cotton chemically burned out of the shirt, either the entire shirt, or just a portion of it. This process leaves only the polyester, which is not a suitable substrate for water base inks.
Heat Transfer
Heat-Transfers are a process where a highly detailed digital images are printed on to a piece of plastic coated paper and then heat-pressed directly onto the fabric of a garment in order to transfer that image.
